What is Koullouna about?

Because we believe that being far doesn’t mean being disconnected, Koullouna wants to link all of Lebanon-lovers to the country, no matter where they are, and create a channel to contribute to the country’s development.

How does it work?

Koullouna is a subscription box. It’s simple, each month you will receive a surprise box with a theme at your doorstep with:

  1. A bundle of 5 to 6 handpicked local items shipped with love: A concentrate of culture, colors, tastes, smells and sounds all made in Lebanon.
  2. The initiative of the month: each box will feature a Lebanese initiative that has a positive impact on the country to which 10% of the cost of the box is donated.

What will be in the next box?

Drum roll….. It’s a surprise! And you’ll see, the best part will be to discover what’s in it, think of it as a gift to yourself: as if it was your birthday every month!  

How does the subscription work? And how much does it cost?

We offer two plans to choose from, you can choose whichever suits you best:

Monthly: 

  • Receive 1 box every month
  • 39€ per month 
  • You can cancel anytime (we will not rebill you for the month after canceling)

Trimestrial: 

  • Receive a box every month for 3 months
  • 114€ for the three months (38€/month)
  • Cancel the trimestrial subscription anytime (we will not rebill you for the trimester after canceling)

Note: Shipping cost is only included for France and Lebanon. The price of the shipping will be added at checkout once you select your delivery country 

Can I buy it as a gift for someone?

Of course! We can't think of a better surprise for your friend or family member! You will be able to brighten someone’s day by surprising them with Koullouna boxes right at their doorstep :)

I'm traveling! Can I suspend my subscription?

Lucky you! You can suspend your subscription for as long as you want. Just go to your account, my subscriptions, and update the status to "suspend".  

Can I cancel anytime?

There’s no engagement for life (even though we would love to keep you in our family forever :))

  • You can cancel your monthly subscription any time, we will not rebill you for the month after canceling. 
  • You can cancel your trimestrial subscription any time before the 25th of your last month after which we would not be able to refund you.
  • If you’ve subscribed for the 6 months, the payment is upfront and refund isn’t available.

How can I cancel my subscription?

Go to your account, my subscriptions, cancel my subscription. VOILA!

How can I pay?

You can pay with your credit card. If you change your credit card, don't forget to update it in your account so that you don't miss your monthly payment. 

How much is shipping?

Shipping depends on the delivery country:

  • France and Lebanon: free shipping for boxes
  • Europe (except Switzerland): 6,5 €
  • Rest of World (including Switzerland): 13,5 €

When will I receive my first box?

It depends on the day of your subscription: if you subscribe during the month of April until the 1st May, you will receive the box of May. If you subscribe in May until the 1st of June, you will receive the box of June. If you subscribe in June, you will receive the month of July… You got the idea ;)

Can I track my box?

At this stage, you won’t be able to track your box. We will send you an email when the box is shipped and the estimated delivery date (between 5-10 days depending on the delivery country). If you don't receive it during the month of delivery, send us an email at hello@koullounabox.com and we'll take care of it. 

How can I update my delivery address?  

Log in to your Account >My subscriptions > Edit delivery address.   

PS: It’s always better to send it to your office address or a place where someone can receive the box in person.

Where do I fill in the address of the person I gift it to?

For gift cards, you have two options:

  • Send the gift card code directly to your friend by email, with a personal message. They would then have to activate it on our website to receive their box. 
  • Receive the gift card code yourself to your email. You will then have to forward that email to your friend so they can activate their gift card on the website.

You can also print your gift card so you can give it to them in person :) You'll find it in your Account page. 

When will I be charged?

It depends on the subscription you chose:

  • Monthly: Once you enter your card details, you will be charged for the first month. For the following months, you will be charged on the 25th of each month (box price + shipping cost). Don’t forget, you can cancel at any time before the 25th of the month!
  • Trimestrial: Once you enter your card details, you will be charged for 3 months (incl. shipping). You can cancel at any time before the 25th of the third month of your subscription. If you don’t cancel before that, you will be rebilled automatically for 3 months (incl. shipping)

What if I don’t receive my box?

First of all, we’re really sorry that happened! We do our best to work with the best logistics partners but sometimes these things happen…If you still haven't received your box during the expected delivery month, please send us an email at hello@koullounabox.com and we will arrange a refund or send you another box next month.

What if the box is damaged or a product is missing?

We’re so sorry to hear that! Send us an email at hello@koullounabox.com and we’ll make sure to get it sorted ASAP.

Why did you raise funds on Indiegogo?

After a year of experimenting, testing, measuring and developing the Koullouna box, we wanted to see how the market would react to it and we were overwhelmed by the results: €28K raised from 360 backers in more than 25 countries!

The funds allowed us to:

  • Develop the quality of the box
  • Order and ship the products to our first boxes
  • Launch our online shop - which you’re on right now!
  • Market Koullouna boxes to the rest of the world

Is my account safe?

100%. Our website adheres to the GDPR we guarantee that your information is private. 

I forgot my password

Don’t we all? When you log in, hit the ‘forgot my password’ button and you will be prompted to reset your password. 

Can I personalize my box?

At this stage, we’re only offering one type of box. We will do our best to have an array of different things in each box to make everyone happy: a little bit of culture for the curious, a little bit of food for the foodies, nice decorative stuff for the artsy, etc…

Can I order previous boxes?

Yes, you can! The boxes that are left in stock are available on the Our Boxes page. 

How much will be donated to the local initiative?

We will be donating at least 10% of the box price to initiatives every month. You will have all the info you need to help the initiatives further if you wish!

What kind of initiatives will we be supported?

The AWESOME kind :) We will carefully choose the ones that strictly do good to the country and that have a positive impact on Lebanon in any way. We will also dedicate the fund to a specific program run by the initiative so we can have a tangible impact.
