What is Koullouna about?

We believe that being far doesn’t mean being disconnected. Koullouna wants to link all Lebanon-lovers to the country, no matter where they are. We created a channel to contribute to the local economy while supporting positive initiatives.


How does it work?

Koullouna offer different types of boxes to suit different tastes! Each box follows a specific theme, in which you can find:

  1. 5 to 7 handpicked local items: A mix of culture, colors, tastes, smells and sounds all made in Lebanon, featuring new and classic brands.
  2. The initiative of the month: each box contributes to a Lebanese initiative that has a positive impact on the country. 

What kind of initiatives will we be supported through Koullouna?

The AWESOME kind :) We carefully choose the ones that strictly do good to the country and that have a positive impact on Lebanon in any way. Every month, we share a video from the team about the impact the box had on a microscale.

PS: the initiative will not be affiliated to any political or religious group.


Can I personalize my box?

At this stage, we only offer standard boxes available on the website. If you’d like to customise your box for an event or for a corporate gift, contact us at hello@koullounabox.com


Can I buy it as a gift to someone?

We can't think of a better surprise for your friend or family member! Just enter their shipping address during the checkout process. Make sure to enter their phone number as they will receive a call from DHL regarding the delivery of the package.


Can I buy my box in Lebanon?

Yes! Some of our boxes are available in the below stores in Lebanon, however it’s better to contact us in advance to see if the box you want is available.


How much does the shipping cost?

Shipping costs depend on the delivery country. At check out, choose your delivery country and the cost of shipping will be added to the total amount to be paid.


Where do you deliver?

We deliver worldwide except for a few countries that have proven to be difficult.

We don’t deliver to : Argentina, Brazil, Chili, Colombia, Qatar and DOM-TOM

When will I receive my box?

It usually takes up to 7-10 days to get your box. Once your order is made, you will receive a confirmation email. The box will be sent out in the next 2-3 days. You will receive an email confirming your box is on its way with your tracking number. For deliveries in Lebanon, deliveries are done in the following 2 days.  


Can I track my box?

It depends on which box and the delivery country! The information is available on the product page. If you haven’t received your box in the 10 days following the date it was shipped, send us an email at hello@koullounabox.com and we will either refund you or send you another one.

How can I update my delivery address?  

Log in to your account and edit your delivery address. It’s always better to send it to your office address or a place where someone can receive the box in person. .

What if I don’t receive my box?

First of all, we’re really sorry that happened! We do our best to work with the best logistics partners but sometimes these things happen.

If you haven’t received your box 10 days after shipping date, please send us an email at hello@koullounabox.com and we will sort it out.


What if a product is missing/or broken?

We’re so sorry to hear that! Send us an email at hello@koullounabox.com and we’ll send you another one or refund you.
